Key Responsibilities
- Provide polished, attentive event service and welcome and assist guests warmly and professionally.
- Set tables, dining and function areas and stations, take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly, clearing and resetting throughout and after functions.
- Keep front-of-house clean and presentable and coordinate with event, kitchen and service teams for weddings, corporate and private events and large celebrations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and responsible alcohol service rules, maintain positive professional presentation and adapt to venues, formats and guests.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Previous hospitality, waiting, functions or customer service experience is preferred, with real interest in a great guest experience.
- Confident verbal and people skills, dependable punctuality and good presentation.
- Comfortable with busy, changing environments and cooperation with kitchen and Front of House teams.
- Flexible for event shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays; Current Australian RSA certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Appropriate Australian working rights where applicable and willingness to work across multiple New South Wales venues.
