Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 November 2026

These are the ground rules for using JobsAbroad New Zealand. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, so it helps to read all four together.

1. Who runs the site

JobsAbroad New Zealand (jobsabroad.co.nz) belongs to and is run by Red Migration FZC of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • Email: jobs@jobsabroad.co.nz
  • Phone (24/7 hotline for calls and WhatsApp calls): +61 2 7247 4855
  • WhatsApp chat (messages only): +971 50 283 2394
  • Post: 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The site’s server and content database run on Google Cloud Run and Cloud Firestore in Singapore.

2. When these terms apply

These terms cover your use of the site, as far as the law allows. “We”, “us” and “our team” mean Red Migration FZC; “you” means anyone who visits or sends us an enquiry or application. You may like to save a copy. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

3. What you will find here

JobsAbroad New Zealand publishes jobs in New Zealand and Australia, work visa guides, articles and videos for applicants from any country. Jobs are not reserved for one nationality, but each advert sets its own eligibility, and some ask for work rights you already hold.

Reading and applying cost nothing, and there is no account to create. The contact links let you email us, ask a question on WhatsApp or follow our job channel; none of them sends an application by itself.

4. About the vacancies

Each advert reflects the information we had when it was written. Employers can change a role, fill it or pull it at short notice. We try to keep the list current and take down expired jobs, but a listing may still be missing details, be out of date or be filled before its closing date. Get the important conditions in writing before you rely on them.

Visa sponsorship hinges on the advert, the employer’s own process and your personal eligibility. Some roles are only open to people who can already work in that country. A listing here is no promise of an interview, a job, sponsorship or a visa.

5. How applying works

The Apply button opens our contact page, and you write and send the email to jobs@jobsabroad.co.nz yourself. Quote the job reference and attach an accurate English CV and any evidence the role asks for. Quick questions can come to us on WhatsApp first.

Everything you send must be true, current and yours to share, including details of your referees. Doctored certificates, invented work history or applying as someone else break these terms. We may pass your application to the employer for the job you chose; sending it to anyone else needs your go-ahead. The Privacy Policy explains how it is handled.

6. Costs to be aware of

Applying through the site is free, but moving countries rarely is. Government visa fees, skills or qualification assessments, registration, English tests, translations, medicals and flights can all cost money. Any optional paid professional service has to be explained and agreed separately. Never pay anyone to buy a job offer or a “guaranteed” visa.

7. Using the site fairly

You are welcome to read and print pages and share links for your own job search, or to help someone else with theirs. Applications are for people aged 18 or older. Your device, internet connection and data costs are your own responsibility.

8. Things that are not allowed

  • Pretending to be someone else or giving false details.
  • Scraping listings in bulk with bots, or republishing or selling them for business without our written permission.
  • Trying to get into staff areas, getting around security measures or flooding the site with traffic.
  • Uploading harmful code, or using our email address or phone numbers for spam, threats or scams.
  • Using the site for anything unlawful.

If this happens, we may block the requests, stop dealing with a dishonest application or report serious cases to the authorities, in line with the law.

9. Who owns the content

Our brand, design and the guides and articles we write belong to Red Migration FZC or are used with permission. Job materials, videos and other outside content may belong to someone else. You need the right permission before reusing or republishing any of it commercially.

10. Services run by others

WhatsApp, YouTube, government websites and Skills Assessment Australia, Build AI CV, Talent Tabloid, PractiseNow, Interview Training and Seasonal Jobs Australia have their own terms. We have no control over whether they are available, or over their decisions, prices, content or treatment of your information, and linking to them does not promise any outcome.

11. When the site is down or changes

Maintenance, security work, network faults or problems at our providers can interrupt the site. Features, articles and jobs may be changed or taken down. Hold on to the reference, link and written terms of any job you follow up, because closed adverts may disappear.

12. Decisions and the limits of our responsibility

Employers make hiring and employment decisions, and governments decide visas, their conditions and how long they take. We cannot guarantee an interview, an offer, sponsorship, a visa or residence.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made by others, or for indirect loss such as lost income or missed opportunities that comes from relying on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, wherever you live.

13. Which law applies

The laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in Dubai, govern these terms, and the Dubai courts deal with disputes, unless mandatory law says otherwise. This does not take away consumer, privacy or other rights, or rules about which courts can hear a case, that cannot lawfully be set aside.

14. Changes and questions

Please check the date and the current version whenever you use the site. Any changes remain subject to the notice and consent rules that apply. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands as far as the law permits. Questions are welcome at jobs@jobsabroad.co.nz or through the contact page.
