Key Responsibilities
- Cook a wide range of Italian dishes, handmade pasta and traditional recipes included, with high quality and consistency
- Supervise kitchen operations each day, including inventory and cleanliness
- Develop new recipes and menu items with colleagues in the kitchen
- Lead kitchen staff and nurture a positive atmosphere, and uphold food safety and hygiene regulations
- Be flexible about schedules and peak hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Requirements & Eligibility
- Certificate I - IV is preferred
- Cooking: 2 years (preferred); Italian cuisine: 2 years (preferred)
- Work authorisation: Australia (preferred)
