Help lead a new Melbourne restaurant as it expands its management team after opening. The venue combines a dining room, bar and private room in a heritage setting, with produce-led food cooked over charcoal and an emphasis on welcoming hospitality.
The opening is for management experience at Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager level. You will help build the team and establish the rhythm and standards of service. Sponsorship is available for management positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Help establish the new restaurant's culture, service standards and working rhythm within the management team.

- Hospitality management experience at Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager level.
