Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of 2–3 years’ working as a Pasta Chef
- Strong background in fresh pasta and Italian cuisine
- Confident when making traditional Italian sauces and pasta dishes
- Sound knowledge of Italian cooking techniques, with high attention to quality, consistency and presentation
- Able to run the pasta section efficiently when service is busy
- Dependable, organised and passionate about Italian food, and comfortable in a busy restaurant environment
