Indian Curry / Tandoori Chef
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Dunedin, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25 - $35/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
An Indian restaurant has a permanent position, at least 30 hours a week, for an Indian Curry / Tandoori Chef. Busy lunch and dinner services are at the centre of the job, run on your own or with colleagues beside you. Training the kitchen staff and apprentices is part of it too, along with holding quality, presentation and hygiene to the food safety standards that apply in New Zealand.
You must already hold New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa, or be eligible for sponsorship under the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) scheme, which lets accredited employers hire from overseas.
For a tandoor and curry kitchen, say which dishes and equipment you have mastered and how large a team you have led. A simple English CV with those details helps, and you can get it done with Build AI CV.
