Central Auckland venue seeks a Hospitality All-Rounder, full time, to cover tables, the bar and general front-of-house work. If you like a quick tempo with guests at the centre, this fits, and training happens on the job.

Key Responsibilities
- Wait tables: note orders and serve food and beverages
- Ring up payments, cash or card, accurately on the POS
- Make and pour bar drinks, from cocktails and beer to wine and non-alcoholic options
- Turn tables over fast and keep the floor tidy and presentable
- Welcome guests, and relay special requests and dietary requirements precisely to kitchen and bar
- Team up with kitchen and bar colleagues to keep service smooth when it gets hectic
- Know the menu, specials and drinks so your recommendations are good
- Restock and keep work areas in order, following health, safety and food handling rules
Requirements & Eligibility
- Background in fast-moving hospitality, with some table or bar service
- Genuine enthusiasm for excellent customer service, and strong communication with guests and colleagues
- Stamina to be on your feet for long stretches of busy shifts
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive, adaptable and a good team member
- Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge
- POS experience is desirable (training can be given)
- Barista or bartending qualifications are an advantage but not essential
