On the Perth riverfront, a busy café needs an experienced Senior Chef or Kitchen Lead to run its kitchen. Breakfast and lunch are the only services, so shifts are in the daytime with no evenings, but you must be free to work weekends.
Day to day you guide the kitchen team, keep service flowing and hold food quality, consistency and presentation to a high standard. Employer sponsorship could be available for an exceptional candidate, depending on experience, performance, suitability and applicable visa requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide and back up the kitchen team through service and keep the daily operation on track
