The kitchen at a waterfront restaurant with around 80 seats is up for grabs: a respected, growing hospitality group wants a Head Chef who will make it their own. Expect bold, modern Australian cooking built around small and share plates, produced in-house with local produce. Menus are developed with the owner, and the Head Chef builds and trains the brigade and runs service from the pass.
The group promotes a genuine 38-hour week and lays out a clear route to a group executive chef role as it expands. Experienced head chefs and senior sous chefs ready for a first head chef role are equally welcome. Visa sponsorship is open for discussion for the right person.
Chefs at this level should show the menus they have shaped, the teams they have built and how they handle numbers. Present that leadership story through Build AI CV in a clear, honest format.
