Head Chef

Hospitality · Brisbane, QLD, Australia · Full-Time · $85,000 - $100,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Bistro meals, bar service and event catering make different demands on a kitchen. This Brisbane Head Chef role brings them together under someone who can lead the people, design the menus and keep commercial performance in view. The hotel is expanding its functions and events business alongside everyday dining.
You will remain involved in service while planning for larger occasions, including celebrations, sporting lunches and charity events. Consistent presentation matters as much as purchasing, labour and waste control. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
Use your English CV to explain how you have managed hotel kitchens and high-volume functions together. Describe your kitchen leadership and menu-costing record and identify your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervisor certification.
