Take responsibility for daily service at a busy Sydney hospitality venue. The Duty Manager supervises staff, organises shifts and maintains service, safety and compliance standards. Practical leadership, stock control and responding to guests are central to the work, supported by experience that can be demonstrated and verified.
Sponsorship is available for the right candidate. The role is open to applicants already in Australia with work rights.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily venue operations and service standards, supervising staff and coordinating shifts.
- Help with rostering, training and staff performance development and lead with a professional, customer-focused example.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively.
- Control stock, check inventory and order supplies.
- Meet workplace safety, venue and licensing obligations and assist promotions, functions and special event planning.
- Review sales, staff performance and feedback, report operational information to management and address problems to maintain service quality.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrable professional hospitality supervision or management experience, with good practical knowledge of venue and bar operations.
- Proven leadership managing hospitality teams and strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Sound judgement in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with experience in stock management and basic financial responsibilities.
- Available for evenings, weekends and flexible hospitality shifts; relevant hospitality or management qualifications are desirable.
- Current onshore status in Australia and genuine, verifiable evidence of relevant employment experience.
