Cook breakfast and brunch in a growing Orange hospitality business. The hands-on role needs genuine commercial experience, reliable preparation and consistent execution of established recipes. You will take ownership during service within the kitchen's systems, communicating clearly and applying feedback.

Key Responsibilities
- Cook breakfast and brunch, including Australian classics, to set recipes and specifications and manage your cooking without close supervision.
- Complete preparation and mise en place on time and maintain consistent quality, portions and presentation.
- Communicate clearly during busy service and follow kitchen procedures, recipes and operating systems.
- Maintain organised, clean and food-safe work, accept feedback and apply requested improvements.
- Cover weekends and public holidays when required.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Commercial Cook experience and practical breakfast and brunch preparation.
- Confident independent service work and a proven record following recipes and established systems with consistent quality and preparation standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork, dependable punctual professionalism and calm organisation in a fast-paced setting.
- Willing to follow procedures and constructive feedback and available for weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant work experience supported by appropriate employment evidence.
