Prepare food across a seaside hospitality precinct listed in Melbourne. The operation brings together restaurants, bars, a beer garden and spaces for functions and events. It needs experienced cooks who care about the quality of each meal and the experience guests take away.
You will follow senior chefs' direction and contribute to menus and budgets in your area, working a rotating roster. Sponsorship opportunities are available for approved applicants.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals to high standards under senior chefs' direction, helping deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Contribute to menu development and budgets within your area of expertise.
- Cover a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements & Eligibility
- A trade qualification plus at least 12 months of relevant experience, or at least 3 years of relevant experience if not trade qualified.
- Experience contributing to budgets and menu development in your area of expertise.
- Able to follow direction and maintain high standards, with enthusiasm for busy hospitality and a real passion for food.
- Willing to learn and grow professionally, with strong communication, teamwork, a guest-first mindset and pride in your craft.
- Flexible for rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
