The growing team now wants a talented, motivated Chef. Experience levels vary: an experienced Chef or a Senior Cook ready to move up to Sous Chef or Head Chef could all fit, with duties tailored to the successful candidate's skills and leadership potential.
Expect a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen with mostly daytime shifts, on a full-time basis. Potential employer sponsorship is offered for suitable candidates, subject to position and visa eligibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Cook and send out breakfast and lunch dishes of a high quality
- Keep presentation, freshness and consistency at a high standard
- Handle prep, and keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Back up food safety, cleanliness and stock control
- Pitch in during busy services, and offer ideas for the menu and for kitchen improvements
- Step into leadership, training and kitchen management duties where appropriate
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven time in a professional commercial kitchen
- Confident under pressure in busy services
- Takes pride in presentation, consistency and the quality of food
- Organised and efficient, a good team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Happy with early starts and weekend work
- Previous leadership experience is highly regarded
