Expect hands-on work in a fast-moving pub, best suited to chefs who like teamwork. A strong performer could see summer casual shifts become a permanent full-time position and a long-term career in town. Sponsorship may also be considered after 6 months of employment, subject to eligibility, performance, business requirements and approval.

Key Responsibilities
- Cover busy lunch and dinner services.
- Help send out consistent, quality food from the bistro.
- Help send out consistent, quality food at functions.
- Pitch in as part of a hands-on team in a busy pub kitchen.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Commercial kitchen experience from a previous role
- Trade qualifications are preferred
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards
- Flexible enough for a changing roster, weekends included
- Reliable, positive and a good team member, comfortable when service is busy
