Prepare a broad range of dishes in a busy Perth commercial kitchen. The full-time chef opening needs substantial experience and a steady approach to fast service. Alongside cooking and presentation, you will support seasonal menu changes, stock rotation, waste control and the development of kitchen colleagues.

An English CV should identify your Commercial Cookery and Hospitality training and explain the kitchens you have worked in. present your experienced commercial chef background in a CV with practical detail about service, ingredients, stock and the standards you maintain when trade is busy.
Key Responsibilities
- Cook, plate and present varied dishes to menu requirements and a consistently high standard.
- Help service run efficiently using fresh, frozen and prepared ingredients and assist seasonal menu changes.
- Monitor and rotate stock correctly and use ingredients effectively to reduce waste.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and strong food safety and help train and develop kitchen staff while collaborating with hospitality colleagues.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum five years of relevant commercial kitchen experience and a proven busy, fast-paced kitchen background.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Diploma in Hospitality or relevant equivalent qualification.
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills, able to work independently and within a team.
- Able to remain calm and productive through busy service, with good communication and availability for full-time hospitality work.
