Chef / Kitchen Team Leader

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · $80,000 - $95,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Several busy Malaysian restaurants in Sydney share one owner, and its kitchen now needs a hands-on Chef / Kitchen Team Leader on a permanent full-time basis. The job spans restaurant service and corporate catering, so you would guide the cooks, work closely with management and answer to the Company Director. Pride in authentic flavours, consistent food and an orderly kitchen matters here.

A positive attitude counts for a lot: the business values people who share what they know, pick up new skills and look for smarter ways to work.

Malaysian cooking is the heart of this job, so name the dishes, spice pastes and kitchen teams you have worked with on your CV. Lay that experience out clearly with Build AI CV for Malaysian cuisine chefs.
