A venue near Wollongong that hosts weddings and events, one of five run by the same group, is hiring a Chef de Partie for its catering kitchen, full-time and ready to begin immediately. Menus are European, and services are large and quick.
The employer is after someone who wants a future there; with five sites a route to Sous Chef is possible. Visa sponsorship (Subclass 482 Skills in Demand) is on offer for eligible candidates. Applicants email their CV along with a handful of photographs of their plated dishes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own your station from prep through service at weddings and functions.
- Plan menus, tastings and seasonal updates alongside the Head Chef.
- Hold the line on food safety, and stay on top of ordering and stock.
- Coach junior chefs and kitchen hands, and cater at other venues.
Requirements & Eligibility
- 3 years of kitchen experience, which includes spells as a CDP or a strong Demi
- Plating for big numbers with quality intact
- A Drivers License is required, along with food safety certification (or the ability to get it within 30 days of starting)
