Key Responsibilities
- Run your allocated section daily and complete mise en place to expected freshness and quality.
- Cook consistently through service, maintaining presentation and portions and monitoring ingredient availability and stock condition.
- Keep preparation, cooking and storage tidy and follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety.
- Coordinate productively with sections during high-volume lunch and dinner and support juniors with preparation and procedures.
- Assist senior chefs in maintaining standards and contribute respectful, dependable teamwork.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2–3 years as a Chef de Partie or comparable professional kitchen role and strong commercial cooking and preparation.
- Able to run a section, with knowledge of hygiene, food safety and kitchen procedures and consistent quality and presentation.
- Organised and productive when busy, with dependable attendance and professional work ethic.
- Strong communication and teamwork and willingness to learn techniques and culinary styles.
- Flexible for rotating rosters and able to provide genuine, verifiable employment experience.
