Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook to kitchen standards across several sections, maintaining consistent flavour, quality and presentation in an open kitchen.
- Support busy preparation and service and coordinate clearly with chefs and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate preparation and service routines and follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.
- Keep stations and preparation areas clean and organised, handle competing tasks efficiently and contribute to a respectful, professional kitchen.
Requirements & Eligibility
- 2–3 years of professional restaurant, pub or hotel kitchen experience and genuine practical work across sections.
- Able to demonstrate culinary skills and relevant work, with strong professional kitchen operations knowledge.
- Able to maintain standards and multitask under busy service pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork, reliable punctuality and attention to detail, with professional presentation and high personal hygiene.
- Available for late-night shifts, positive and willing to learn, committed to quality and continuous professional development.
