Requirements & Eligibility
- A trade qualification with at least 12 months of relevant experience, or at least 3 years of relevant experience if not trade qualified.
- A background with budgets and menu development within your area of expertise; able to follow direction and maintain high standards.
- Enthusiasm for fast-paced hospitality, a real passion for food and willingness to learn, develop and grow professionally.
- Strong communication and teamwork, a guest-first mindset and pride in your craft.
- Flexible for a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
