Key Responsibilities
- Run your station for the full length of service
- Chop, portion and arrange mise en place without wasting time
- Cook and plate to spec every time, whatever the pace of service
- Collaborate with senior chefs and the rest of the brigade

Requirements & Eligibility
- A track record in professional commercial kitchens
- Previous Chef de Partie work or comparable responsibility for a section, and confidence running your own
- Time in high-volume, fast-moving service
- Good communication and teamwork, with a dependable, professional and driven attitude
- Past roles and experience that must be genuine and can be checked
- Full working rights in Australia
