Work across several sections of a shared Perth kitchen serving modern Asian food. The restaurant trades for lunch and dinner seven days a week and handles more than 1,000 covers weekly. Its kitchen also serves other venues in the same precinct, giving the role a varied and busy service pattern.
The opening is for an experienced Chef de Partie or Commis Chef. Sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce consistently exceptional food during service, following recipes and instructions from senior chefs and managers.
- Cover pans, wok, fryers, larder and grill sections.
- Work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Help the shared kitchen meet the needs of several venues in the precinct.
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 3 years working as a chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Asian cuisine experience is preferred but not essential, with experience relevant to the position applied for.
- A commercial cookery certificate.
- Able to work flexible hours over weekends and public holidays; driven and willing to develop towards kitchen leadership.
