A harbourside bar and dining venue in Sydney is looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) and commis chefs to show off their skills. The venue is known for memorable dining, an explorative spirit and care in every dish, and it opens 6 days a week for lunch and dinner.
As the business grows, it wants to add an experienced CDP to its dynamic team. Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available on a flexible, rotating roster, and sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare mise en place and keep ingredients fresh.
- Keep all stocks in optimum conditions.
- Cook and serve food in line with the restaurant's quality and service standards.
- Train kitchen staff as directed by the Chef-in-charge, helping the team perform at a high level.
- Keep all kitchen and food storage areas safe and clean.
- Help create a harmonious environment among all staff in the restaurant.
Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within a similar role.
- Passionate about cooking.
- Punctual and hard-working, with enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- A team player who supports a culture of teamwork.
