A Brisbane hotel is recruiting across kitchen levels, with casual, part-time and full-time options. Share plates and familiar pub dishes sit alongside the rest of its varied offering.
Senior head chefs provide direction, while each cook needs to manage their own work reliably. Teamwork matters in this multicultural kitchen, particularly when orders arrive quickly. Sponsorship is available for approved applicants.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Have experience preparing Modern Australian and traditional pub fare
- Show a positive outlook and a strong work ethic, with a genuine interest in food and hospitality
- Be a cooperative team member who stays effective under pressure and brings energy to each shift
- Have demonstrable experience from a high-volume kitchen
- Work well with others and welcome a multicultural working environment
- Stay focused and take direction
- Enjoy the pace of a busy kitchen and have a passion for learning
- Be available and willing to follow a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate
