Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Qualified Chef and a relevant culinary qualification or recognised trade certificate.
- Quality-focused restaurant or hotel experience, with strong practical cooking and preparation to professional standards.
- Understanding of classical techniques and genuine interest in Italian cuisine and traditional methods.
- Able to perform well in high volume, with strong communication and teamwork.
- Good organisation and time management, able to multitask with attention to detail and a reliable, professional approach.
- Eager to learn with experienced colleagues and available for scheduled lunch and dinner services.
