Key Responsibilities
- Cook and present high-quality dishes in a professional kitchen, applying advanced culinary techniques and keeping plating consistent
- Keep daily operations running from prep through service, working alongside fellow chefs and hospitality professionals
- Use solid knowledge of food handling, preparation methods and kitchen procedures
- Inspect quality throughout food production
- Keep the team upbeat and efficient, juggling multiple priorities in high-volume service
- Observe health, safety and food hygiene requirements

Requirements & Eligibility
- You are a Qualified Chef with recognised culinary qualifications and relevant industry experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience cooking in a quality restaurant, hotel or comparable professional kitchen
- You can demonstrate genuine hands-on cooking skills and industry capability
- You understand kitchen operations, food preparation and service standards, and have worked before in a structured hospitality setting
- You can provide a verified employment background and professional references
- Teamwork, communication and problem-solving are strengths
- You are motivated, committed to high standards of food quality and customer experience, and seeking long-term career development in Australia
