Cook in an Adelaide cafe where the kitchen is visible to customers and the food receives direct feedback. The casual position offers full-time hours and includes taking the lead when the head chef is off. Stock control, ordering and communication are part of the everyday work.
The role is open to applicants already in Australia with unrestricted rights to work. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate who demonstrates leadership and great communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Run the kitchen on the head chef's days off and produce excellent food in the open kitchen.
- Control stock and place orders.
- Contribute to a motivated, positive team.
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 2 years working as a chef and a demonstrated record of exceptional dishes under time pressure.
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery and Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
