Baristas, Head Baristas, Supervisors and Front of House Managers can be matched to work according to proven experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Front of House and coffee service and maintain consistent drink preparation and customer care.
- Guide the team by example, training new and existing employees in service and operating procedures.
- Coordinate busy service and handle customer issues appropriately.
- Maintain workplace presentation and cleanliness and assist rosters and shift organisation.
- Support staff performance and continuous improvement towards venue KPIs and operating goals, sustaining an energetic, professional and welcoming culture.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated hospitality experience as a Barista, Head Barista, Supervisor or Front of House Manager and proven responsibility for teams and service operations.
- Strong communication and customer care, with confident, positive client-facing conduct and comfort in fast-paced hospitality.
- Reliable, organised and good at time management, able to train, support and motivate colleagues.
- Strong service quality and presentation focus and solution-oriented concentration during busy shifts.
- Willing to provide supporting relevant employment evidence.
