Perth has a growing hospitality group, and its bar and grill venue needs a hands-on leader to step in as Bar Manager or Duty Manager. The position is full-time and long term. It will suit you if you have put in at least 3 years in a busy pub, tavern, bar or comparable venue and you are happy to run the shift, direct the team and keep customer service sharp.
Subclass 482 sponsorship may be considered for a suitably experienced and eligible candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of the bar and wider venue from one service to the next
- Guide, supervise and upskill bar and front-of-house crew, and set the tone for customer service
- Order stock, count it and keep inventory records straight
- Look after cash handling plus the opening and closing routines
- Make sure RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety obligations are met
- Back the rosters, staff performance and cost control
- Pitch in on functions, events and promotions
Requirements & Eligibility
- 3 years minimum in hospitality management or supervision, in a relevant role
- Strong leadership ability
- Strong communicator
- Time spent in a busy pub or tavern environment
- An RSA certificate that is current
- Holds WA Approved Manager accreditation, or is willing to obtain it
- Availability on evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Dependable and professional, working well without close supervision
