Serve guests across bar, dining and function areas at a Bathurst venue. The team needs reliable hospitality workers who communicate warmly and maintain standards during peak trade. Duties move between orders, beverages, customer questions and coordination with the kitchen and front-of-house colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide polished front-of-house care, taking accurate food and drink orders and preparing and serving beverages to procedures.
- Answer menu and service questions and maintain clean, orderly and presentable service areas.
- Deliver efficient, attentive service during peak periods across bar, dining and function areas as required.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar and floor colleagues and follow RSA, workplace safety and responsible service procedures.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrable hospitality or front-of-house experience is preferred, with a current RSA certificate.
- Proven communication and customer service and confident professional guest interaction.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Positive contribution to teamwork and availability for evenings, weekends and peak periods.
- Genuine hospitality skills and relevant experience you can demonstrate.
