Take sole charge of an overnight bake in Melbourne, getting bread, pastries and donuts ready for the morning shelves. The established bakery and hospitality business wants someone who can organise the whole bake independently and deliver a consistent result.
Shifts are roughly 10 pm to 5 am, six days weekly with Wednesdays off; exact hours are to be discussed and require some flexibility. An immediate start and 4 weeks of annual leave are stated. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate, if applicable.

- Reliable, punctual and consistent because the team relies on the morning bake.
- Available to work during the Christmas period.
