Key Responsibilities
- Help the team give guests a great experience and deal with their feedback carefully.
- Keep food quality, hygiene and safety exactly where they should be at all times.
- Back up training, onboarding and coaching so the crew performs well.
- Assist with rosters and compliance.
- Keep systems and records tidy and up to date.
- Help launch promotions, pass on updates and keep everyone informed and motivated.
Requirements & Eligibility
- A solid background in hospitality or restaurant management, and proven experience in that field.
- Natural leadership, great people skills and strong communication.
