Fabricate kitchen benchtops and other stone products in a Sydney production workshop. This permanent full-time opening covers natural and manufactured stone, using 100% wet-processing / water-fed fabrication. An immediate start is available.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm, with overtime and Saturday work available. Employer sponsorship may be available for suitably qualified and experienced international candidates, subject to all applicable Australian Government visa, skills, experience, English language and other eligibility requirements; overseas applicants and temporary visa holders in Australia are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce benchtops and other applications from natural and manufactured stone.
- Shape and cut the stone before completing polishing and finishing work.
- Laminate and mitre edges to create high-quality joins and finished edges.
- Interpret plans, drawings and measurements and work accurately and efficiently through busy production.
- Maintain detailed, high-standard workmanship and follow workplace health and safety procedures and company systems.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated stonemasonry and stone fabrication experience with natural and manufactured stone.
- Confident laminating, mitring, polishing and finishing, with the ability to interpret drawings and plans.
- Consistently high-quality finishes, strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Able to work independently and with a team; reliable, hardworking and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically capable of the work, with a Current driver's licence.
- Holds or is willing to obtain a White Card.
- Desirable: forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).
- 3+ years' relevant industry experience is preferred; suitably skilled candidates with less experience will also be considered.
