Prepare and sell beef, lamb, chicken and goat for a growing Brisbane halal meat business. This butcher role combines skilled cutting and portioning with product handling, display and customer service. You will help customers choose meat, discuss special orders and offer cooking advice while working with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cut, trim and portion beef, lamb, chicken and goat to halal standards, ensuring correct handling, storage and display.
- Provide excellent service with product selection, special orders and cooking advice.
- Keep work areas safe, organised and clean to food safety standards and help colleagues maintain smooth daily operations.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Previous butcher experience; halal experience is highly regarded, with training provided for the right candidate.
- Strong portioning and knife skills with attention to detail, plus understanding of halal meat preparation requirements.
- Customer-focused with good communication skills; reliable, hardworking and a team player.
