A funds management platform that is exceptionally well managed, and has grown in consistent multiples year on year, is hiring a Senior Finance Manager with earlier experience in funds or in property financial control. Its boutique, high-growth, entrepreneurial culture would suit an ambitious funds finance professional who is keen for a wider remit.
The role is newly created, with broad oversight across financial control and the day-to-day operation of the funds. It is based in Sydney with hybrid working, and candidates seeking sponsorship are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial control and the daily running of the funds.
- Review and supervise the work of outsourced providers (fund administration, property accounting and tax advisers).
- Lead financial reporting, including NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements.
- Support compliance, and work with internal finance and compliance colleagues, investment partners as needed, external Accountants & Auditors and Bankers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- CA/CPA qualified
- Relevant client experience in the funds or property sector as an FM or Senior FM
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A strong work ethic
- Shows initiative and is proactive and positive about work
