Key Responsibilities
- Assist piling and foundation construction, concreting and steel fixing tasks.
- Learn methods through supervised practical training and help operate machinery safely.
- Follow supervisors and experienced crew instructions and comply with safety and quality requirements.
- Prepare and care for tools and equipment and maintain organised, clean and safe areas.
- Attend reliably, perform consistently and develop skills towards additional duties and senior crew or team leader roles.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Physical ability for manual construction work and dependable regular attendance.
- Eager to learn from experienced colleagues and able to follow instructions and contribute to a team.
- Previous labouring or construction experience is beneficial but not essential; concreting, steel fixing, piling or machinery experience is advantageous.
- Open to workplace training and able to provide genuine employment or relevant experience evidence where applicable.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
