Several areas, building and civil construction projects, and clients with new work starting in 2027: a New Zealand-owned recruitment and labour hire company focused on construction, civil engineering, manufacturing and logistics is looking for skilled, experienced construction workers and tradespeople. Qualified tradespeople, experienced trades assistants and skilled construction workers are all welcome to get in touch.
The employer is an Accredited Employer with Immigration New Zealand, and sponsorship is possible because construction tokens are available for candidates who need an Accredited Employer Work Visa.

Key Responsibilities
- Take part in building and civil construction projects
- Carpentry and building trades: formworkers, framers, hammerhands, builders and carpenters
- Concrete and civil trades: concrete finishers, trowel operators, reinforcing workers, steel fixers, concrete placers and concreters
- Masonry trades: masonry workers, blocklayers and bricklayers
- Roofing and cladding trades: cladding workers, roof installers and roofers
- Flooring and tiling trades: flooring installers, tilers and floor layers
- Plastering and painting trades: painters, plasterboard stoppers, gib fixers and plasterers
- Plumbing and drainage trades: drainage workers, pipe layers, drainlayers and plumbers
- Electrical and mechanical trades: HVAC and ventilation installers, electrical trade assistants and electricians; glazing and general construction trades: experienced construction workers, installers and glaziers
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience in the construction industry across the previous 12 months
- Able to do physically demanding manual work
- Follows instructions and works well in a team
- Basic grasp of workplace health and safety requirements
- Can use basic hand and power tools safely
- Reliable and punctual
- Happy to work outdoors
