Earthworks Machine Operator
Onshore applicants only
Visa sponsorship
Construction · Queenstown, New Zealand · Full-Time · $30 - $40/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only
Hands-on earthworks are the focus at a Queenstown civil contractor, an award-winning business that has spent 25 years building its region. Skilled equipment operators join the earthworks crew to excavate, fill, cart and compact, shaping sites ready for retaining walls and for homes and commercial projects. It is a permanent role, with at least 30 steady hours and typically 50 weekly. Anyone who lives elsewhere should be happy to move to the area before applying.
As an Immigration NZ Accredited Employer, the business brings sponsorship into the picture. Applicants need to be New Zealand citizens, residents or holders of a current open New Zealand work visa, so this role is open to applicants already in New Zealand with work rights.
