HVAC design talent is wanted by a respected manufacturer of specialist HVAC equipment in the Sydney metropolitan area. The Mechanical Engineer will hold a degree and bring HVAC design experience, and will develop tailored mechanical solutions for specialist equipment. The position is full-time and permanent, with flexible Monday to Friday hours and guidance from seasoned engineers beside you.
Sponsorship options may be available for well-qualified candidates. This role is open to applicants already in Australia with work rights, such as permanent residency or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities
- Turn what clients and consultants need technically into workable mechanical designs for HVAC use
- Design components, for example compressors, fans and heat exchangers
- Review those components
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, electrical and controls engineers included
- Talk with mechanical consultants and in-house teams to resolve technical challenges
Requirements & Eligibility
- Mechanical engineer holding a degree, with demonstrable HVAC design experience
- Proficient with mechanical design tools
- Familiar with key HVAC components
- Effective communicator who is comfortable with diverse engineering teams and external consultants
- The legal right to work in Australia, for example Permanent Residency or equivalent
