Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- You have demonstrated experience in horticulture, garden maintenance or landscaping
- You hold a relevant horticulture qualification, or have strong industry experience
- You can manage garden maintenance tasks confidently on your own
- You have worked in teams, including supporting others in a leadership role
- You communicate well and take a professional approach
- You are reliable, honest and committed to your work, with excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- You are well organised with good time management, and comfortable using hand tools, machinery and industry equipment
- You hold a current manual driver’s licence
