Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain electrical systems and industrial plant, finding and diagnosing electrical faults
- Carry out preventative maintenance programs and attend to corrective maintenance calls
- Find ways to improve equipment reliability and cut interruptions and downtime in production
- Work alongside maintenance and production colleagues
- Help with continuous improvement and with maintenance solutions that are efficient and cost-effective
- Comply with all safety, health and environmental procedures
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current Australian Electrical Licence is essential
- At least 2 years' experience working in industrial, manufacturing, processing, mining or related environments
- Proven electrical troubleshooting and fault-finding, together with practical industrial maintenance experience
- Highly alert to safety, and able to work well with little supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Your qualifications and employment history must be able to be verified
- Instrumentation experience would be an advantage
- Knowing SAP would be an advantage
