Key Responsibilities
- Look after an established portfolio of business clients, building trust and long-term relationships with owners
- Offer commercially minded, practical advice, supporting business planning and strategic decisions
- Review financial information with clients, talk through how the business is performing and flag opportunities, risks and improvements
- Help clients with cash flow management and forecasting
- Advise on tax and accounting matters and oversee compliance
- Be the adviser clients can count on over time, working with colleagues to deliver accurate, high-quality results
Requirements & Eligibility
- At minimum 3–5 years of public practice accounting experience, together with a CA or CPA qualification
- You have managed and advised business clients before
- You are strong at business advisory work and at managing client relationships
- You communicate excellently and build trust and credibility
- You are at ease working directly with business owners and key decision-makers
- You have strong commercial awareness and a practical, problem-solving approach
- You know accounting and taxation compliance requirements well
- Your professional background and qualifications can be verified for the employer's consideration; Australian work experience will be highly regarded
