Manufacture custom cabinetry and joinery for Brisbane residential and commercial clients. The permanent production role turns drawings into kitchens, laundries, wardrobes and bespoke pieces using CNC and automated woodworking machinery. Some site installation is required alongside accurate workshop assembly and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities
- Make custom kitchens, laundries, wardrobes and bespoke cabinetry and joinery to project specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, plans and production documents and measure and prepare materials accurately.
- Operate CNC routers, panel saws, beam saws, edge banders and other automated woodworking machinery.
- Assemble components precisely, check quality throughout and ensure finished presentation and finish standards.
- Identify manufacturing problems and adjust work, assisting site installation as needed.
- Maintain tools, equipment and areas and follow workplace safety, coordinating with production and installation staff for efficient high-quality completion.
Requirements & Eligibility
- A relevant Cabinet Making trade qualification or equivalent experience and Minimum 3–5 years of practical cabinet making.
- Custom cabinetry production in residential and/or commercial joinery manufacture and hands-on CNC machinery experience.
- Able to interpret technical drawings, with strong cabinet construction and manufacturing process knowledge.
- Accurate, detail-focused and consistent workmanship, reliable professional responsibility and effective teamwork.
- Premium residential or commercial joinery experience is advantageous.
- Overseas applicants must meet applicable Australian migration requirements and Must be eligible for employer sponsorship where applicable.
