Sydney's property risk and building consultancy is adding a Building Consultant or Senior Building Consultant. You would cover a varied portfolio of commercial, retail, industrial and alternative assets, producing technical due diligence, building condition assessments, make good (dilapidations) reports and property advisory work for owners, investors, insurers and occupiers.
The work gives exposure to sizeable, complex property assets. Visa sponsorship may be considered for outstanding candidates.

Requirements & Eligibility
- A related degree: Building Surveying (UK), Construction Management or Engineering (or a similar discipline)
- 3+ years in building consultancy, surveying or property advisory
- Skilled in inspection, investigation and problem-solving
- Writes clear, concise and technically sound reports, and engages confidently with clients and industry professionals
- Highly regarded: MRICS or similar professional accreditation, held or in progress
