Residential, commercial and mine site projects are coming up around Geraldton and the wider region, and seasoned Advanced Scaffolders are wanted. Hours are casual with a start straight away, there is a path to permanent employment, and permanent sponsorship on a 494 or 482 visa is on offer.
Your job as an Advanced Scaffolder is to build, adjust, check and strip down scaffolding safely and in line with Australian Standards while keeping safety and quality high. The employer is a quality assured, diversified provider of industrial solutions, with over 30 years serving the mining, infrastructure and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, modify and strip scaffolding safely and efficiently.
- Check scaffolds and complete the inspection checklists.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of scaffold works.
- Keep job paperwork accurate.
- Work safely, support a positive team culture and uphold workplace health and safety.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years' experience working as an Advanced Scaffolder
- Hands-on experience you can prove, beyond a freshly obtained Advanced Scaffolding ticket
- Current Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence
- Construction White Card
- Good understanding of Australian Standards for scaffolding
- Works independently and in a team, with excellent communication skills
- Passes a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Working at Heights (essential)
- Live in Geraldton, or be ready to move or travel to Geraldton for work
- Current National Criminal History Check (essential)
