The role is hybrid and based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
- Look after a portfolio of independent customers and key accounts, and grow long-term, trusted relationships with them.
- Look for chances to lift sales and expand current accounts.
- Win new business.
- Spend time with customers to learn what they need and where the commercial openings are.
- Track sales performance against agreed targets.
- Feed market and customer insight back to the wider business.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Commercially hungry, proactive and ambitious, always hands-on.
- Background in FMCG, retail, wholesale, field sales or a related setting.
- A solid grasp of retail and of independent customers.
- A proven record in account management, sales or business development.
- A commercial mindset focused on growing sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
- The confidence to find opportunities and convert them into results.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
