This Sydney business builds software for clients and wants a Software Developer who can follow a project from the first conversation to live service: finding out what the client needs, writing and testing code, releasing it and then keeping it healthy. Daily collaboration is with colleagues in QA, cloud and project delivery across several client engagements.
This role is open to applicants already in Australia with full working rights. The business is open to visa sponsorship for the right candidate. Applications close on 13 November 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, code and maintain web and software applications that match what each client asked for
- Create responsive user interfaces in ReactJS
- Develop back-end services, APIs and databases and wire them together
- Keep code clean, documented and testable, and join code reviews, testing and debugging alongside QA
- Help release software through CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
- Talk with clients and stakeholders to pin down requirements, deliver on schedule and stay current with new tools and good practice
Requirements & Eligibility
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field
- Between 2 and 4 years of commercial software development experience
- Solid command of JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS
- Server-side work in at least one of Node.js, .NET, Java or Python
- Sound SQL knowledge and an understanding of relational databases
- Git and agile working experience
- Clear written and spoken English
- Full working rights in Australia
- Cloud experience (AWS or Azure) plus familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
