Since 2003, an IT consultancy has delivered ICT services to government, finance, telecommunications and enterprise clients. It now wants several Senior Network Engineers for long-running work with a major banking client, supporting a programme to modernise infrastructure and technology. You would design, implement and hand over critical networking constructs for large migration phases.
Roles are strictly onsite in Sydney. This role is open to applicants already in Australia with a valid work visa. Visa sponsorship and takeover of an existing visa are both on the table.

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure intricate networking constructs on Cisco ASA and ACI
- Convert high-level design specifications into firewall configurations that work in practice
- Roll out passive and canary deployments and validate the rule sets
- Set up and run F5 GTM and LTM appliances for traffic distribution, and meet high availability and disaster recovery requirements through F5 integration
- Draw up and carry out careful change control and rollback procedures
- Watch performance after deployment and keep handover documentation current
Requirements & Eligibility
- Strong hands-on background with Cisco ASA, Cisco ACI and APIC
- Proven record deploying and troubleshooting enterprise firewall policy
- Expertise configuring and supporting F5 GTM and LTM appliances, and a solid grasp of network capacity planning and performance monitoring
- CCNP / CCIE or similar industry certifications are highly regarded
- Sydney-based with a valid work visa, as the roles are strictly onsite
