An early learning provider wants a dedicated, experienced Centre Manager for its 76 place centre in Bendigo. The post leads the team and sets the standard across the whole service: daily operations, a positive and collaborative culture, strong ties with families and the local community, and compliance with the National Quality Framework. Visa sponsorship is available.
It is a full-time leadership job with real accountability for how the centre runs, how educators are supported and how children stay safe and engaged.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide, coach and back a team of educators so high-quality programs are delivered.
- Make sure the centre meets NQF, National Law & Regulations, and service policies.
- Keep improving, and hold standards high against the National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Grow trusting relationships with families and the wider community.
- Run occupancy, enrolments and the long-term health of the service, owning centre performance, team results and regulatory compliance.
- Create a safe, inclusive, child-focused place to learn.
- Put the Child Safe Standards into practice and build a culture where child safety comes first.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven record in a leadership role within early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people with warmth, clarity and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for high-quality care and education.
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, and relevant clearances.
- Current Child Safety and Child Protection Training.
